الطاقات المتجددة في الصين: دروس مستفادة

الملخص
ملخص: من أهم القطاعات التي تساهم بشكل كبير في تحقيق التنمية قطاع الطاقة الذي يستأثر على قدر كبير من الاهتمام، نظرا للتحديات الراهنة والمستقبلية الكبيرة التي تواجهها مختلف الدول، والمرتبطة باختيار مزيج طاقوي يسمح بتحقيق أمن الطاقة، المحافظة على البيئة والتكيف مع تداعيات تغير المناخ. في هذا الإطار، تعد الطاقات المتجددة أحد أهم البدائل المتاحة لمواجهة هذه التحديات وتحقيق التنمية المستدامة، الأمر الذي دفع مختلف الدول إلى الاهتمام بالطاقات المتجددة بإتباع سياسات طاقوية متباينة تدعم انتشارها واستخدامها. من بين الدول التي سعت إلى تشجيع الطاقات المتجددة وتطوير صناعتها الصين، والتي أضحت تجربتها في هذا المجال من التجارب الجديرة بالاهتمام والدراسة لما حققته من انجازات كبيرة، لذلك تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح أبرز عوامل نجاح التجربة الصينية، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن التزام الحكومات الصينية بتطبيق السياسات والإجراءات المتعلقة بتطوير الطاقات المتجددة هو السبب الرئيسي لنجاح التجربة الصينية، وبناء على نتائج الدراسة تم تقديم بعض الدروس المستفادة التي من شانها أن تساهم في توجيه مسار التحول الطاقوي في الجزائر. الكلمات المفتاحية: الطاقات المتجددة، التحول الطاقوي، سياسات الطاقات المتجددة، اقتصاديات الطاقات المتجددة، الصين. تصنيف JEL: N 75, M 53, Q 42 , Q 28. Abstract: One of the most important sectors that contribute significantly to development is the energy sector, which is attracting a great deal of attention, given the great current and future challenges faced various States, associated with the choice of a combination of energy that allows for energy security, environmental conservation and adaptation to the impacts of climate change. In this context, renewable energies are one of the most important alternatives available to meet these challenges and achieve sustainable development, which has led various countries to pay attention to renewable energies by adopting different energy policies that support their spread and use. Among the countries that sought to promote renewable energies and develop their industry China, which has become its experience in this field of experiences worthy of attention and study of what has made great achievements, therefore this study aims to clarify the most important factors for the success of the Chinese experience, the study found that the commitment of Chinese governments to implement policies and procedures related to the development of renewable energies is the main reason for the success of the Chinese experience, Based on the results of the study, some lessons learned were presented that would contribute to guiding the course of energy transformation in Algeria.
