الملخص

من بين أشكال التعاون بين الجامعة وأجهزة الدعم في الجزائر، نجد الاتفاقية المبرمة بين الجامعة والوكالة الوطنية لدعم تشغيل الشباب، التي تنص على إنشاء دار المقاولاتية داخل الحرم الجامعي لفائدة الطلبة الجامعيين، من أجل تحفيزهم على ولوج مجال الاستثمار، والاستفادة من المزايا التي تمنحها الوكالة في ظل المرافقة والتأطير المزدوج من قبل إطارات الوكالة وكذا أساتذة الجامعة. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على دور الجامعة الجزائرية في التنمية الاقتصادية، وخاصة فيما يتعلق بالشراكة ما بينها وبين أجهزة الدعم، وتقديم عرض عن الشراكة المسماة بـ "دار المقاولاتية" حالة ولاية ميلة. The agreement between the university and the National Agency exists, among the forms of cooperation between the university and the support agencies in Algeria, for Youth Employment Support. It states on the establishment of entrepreneurial house within the university campus for the benefit of students in order to motivate them to enter the field of investment, and benefit from the advantages that granted by the Agency under the accompaniment and the double supervision which maintained from both the Agency's staff as well as by university professors This study aimed to highlight the role of the Algerian University in the economic development, especially in regard to the partnership between the university and the support bodies. Moreover, it aimed to make a presentation on the partnership called "Entrepreneurial House" in case of Mila province.
