إلزامية تلقي اللقاحات بين الضرورة الطبية و الحرية الشخصية

الملخص
ملخص ألقت جائحة كرونا بضلالها على جميع الأصعدة ، خاصة ما تعلق بحقوق و حريات الأفراد من خلال فرض قيود عليها بهدف الحد من انتشار هذا المرض، و لعل أهمها تلك المتعلقة بحق الإنسان في الصحة ومن ثم سلامته الجسدية،والذي من خلاله يمكن للشخص الاعتراض على أي مساس بجسمه ، ما يعني إمكانية رفضه الخضوع لأي إجراء طبي كتلقي اللقاحات . غير أنه و بالنظر لخطورة جائحة كورونا فقد فرضت بعض الدول على مواطنيها إلزامية تلقي لقاح كورونا في إطار الرعاية الصحية المكفولة تشريعيا، إضافة إلى فرض هذا الإجراء الصحي على كل شخص يريد دخول أراضيها، هذا ما يعزز إمكانية فرض إلزامية تلقي اللقاحات ضد الأمراض المعدية سريعة الانتشار في المستقبل، وهو ما يعني إعادة النظر في حدود بعض الحريات اللصيقة بالشخصية . Abstract : The Corona pandemic has cast a delusion on all levels, especially with regard to the rights and freedoms of individuals by imposing restrictions on them in order to limit the spread of this disease, and perhaps the most important of them are those related to the human right to health and then his physical safety, through which a person can object to any harm to his body. This means that he may refuse to undergo any medical procedure such as receiving vaccinations. However, given the seriousness of the Corona pandemic, some countries imposed on their citizens compulsory to receive the Corona vaccine within the framework of legally guaranteed health care, in addition to imposing this health measure on every person who wants to enter their territories, this reinforces the possibility of imposing the vaccines receive against rapidly spreading infectious diseases in the future, which means reconsidering the limits of some personal freedoms.
