الملخص
تميزت كل قبيلة من قبائل دول المغارب خلال القرون الماضية بعادات تميزها عن غيرها، وكانت لكل قبيلة عاداتها الغذائية، وطرقها الخاصة في مواجهة في مواجهة أزمات الغذاء التي عرفتها المنطقة بين الفينة والأخرى، وتلك التي تعمد المستعمر خلقها بالمنطقة لتموين جبهات الحربين العالميتين. وابتكرت كل قبيلة طرقا تقليدية لعلاج الأمراض التي تصيب سكانها قبل حلول المستعمر الذي أتى بأساليب تطبيب جديدة، ولكنه بالمقابل نشر عادات ثقافية سيئة لازلت المنطقة تدفع ثمنها حتى اليوم. قبيلة زيان الأمازيغية الجبلية وسط المغرب، لم تكن استثناءً في هذا المجال لذلك ركزنا عليها وجعلناها نموذجا مصغرا لقبائل جبال البلاد. Each of the tribes of the Maghreb countries was distinguished during the past centuries by customs that distinguished them from others, and each tribe had their own food habits, and ways to confront them in the face of food crises that the region had known from time to time, and those established by the colonists in the region to supply the fronts of the two world wars. Each tribe devised traditional methods of treating diseases affecting its population before the advent of the colonizer who brought new methods of medicine, but in exchange spread the bad cultural habits that the region still pays for. The mountainous Berber tribe of Xian in central Morocco was no exception in this region, so we focused on it and made it a microcosm of the tribes of the mountains of the country
