ملخص: عرفت منطقة زيان وسط المغرب بمقاومتها الكبيرة للمستعمر حيث تعد معركة الهري أول معركة تكبد فيها الفرنسيون خسائر جسيمة بالمغرب، مما يدل على عراقة تراثهم العسكري وخططهم الحربية التي جعلتهم يشكلون مصدر قلق للمخزن لمدة طويلة قبل وصول سلطات الحماية إلى المنطقة. في صفحات هذا المقال نحاول التعرف على أهم مصادر تزودهم بالسلاح، وخططهم الحربية، ثم ننتقل إلى الحديث عن بعض نماذج تراثهم المرتبط بالمقاومة ومكانة المرأة في كل هذا. Abstract: The central region of Morocco was known in zaian, known for its great resistance to the colonizer, as the battle of El Heri was the first battle in which the French suffered heavy losses, indicating their military heritage and military tactics that made them pose a concern for the "mkhzen" for a long time before the protection authorities reached the area. In the pages of this article, we try to identify the most important sources of their obtaining weapons and their warfare tactics, then we turn to talking about some examples of their heritage related to the resistance and the status of women in all of this.
