دور اعوان قمع الغش في الرقابة على المورد الالكتروني

الملخص
تصنف عمليات الرقابة الممارسة من قبل أعوان قمع الغش على المورد الالكتروني ضمن الرقابة الوقائية التحفظية، التي تهدف الى تحقيق الحماية الضرورية للمستهلك الالكتروني، و تمكنهم من اتخاذ التدابير والاجراءات اللازمة المقررة ضمن نصوص قانون التجارة الالكترونية وكذا قانون حماية المستهلك وقمع الغش، وهو ما يطرح مشكل قابلية هذه النصوص للتطبيق بالنظر لخصوصية المورد الالكتروني. Abstract The control operations practiced by the agents of froud suppression on the electronic supplier are classified within the preventiv precautionary control, which aims the necessary protection for the electronic consumer, and to enable them to take the necessary measures and procedures established within the provisions of the electronic commerce law as will as the consumer protection law and the suppression of froud, which is this raises the problem of the applicability of these texts in view of privacy of the electronic supplier .
