الملخص
الملخص : تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على آليات متابعة تطبيق معايير العمل الدولية على المستوى الوطني ، بغرض تقرير و حماية حقوق العمال، في الدول أعضاء منظمة العمل الدولية . وقد خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى أن دستور منظمة العمل الدولية ومختلف الإعلانات اللاحقة له ، وضع نظام إشراف ومتابعة دولي فريد ومتنوع تناط به مهمة الرقابة على التدابير والإجراءات المتخذة من طرف هذه الدول من أجل ضمان تطبيق معايير العمل الدولية على مستوى تشريعاتها الداخلية . Abstract: This study aims to shed light on the mechanisms for monitoring the application of international labor standards at the national level ; withe the aim of determining and protecting workers rights in the member states of the international labor organization . This study concluded that the constituation of the international labor organization and the varioussubsequent declarations have established a unique and diversified international supervisory and follow-up system that undertakes the task of overseeing the measures and measures taken by these countries in order to ensure the application of international labor standards at the national level of their domestic legislation .
