موقف الجزائر من الأزمة السياسية الليبية المستجدة: قراءة نقدية بين الثبات على المبادئ ومسايرة مقتضيات الأحداث

الملخص
يسعى هذا المقال العلمي إلى تقديم قراءة علمية ونقدية متعمقة حول السلوك الدبلوماسي الجزائري المُستجِّد نحو الأزمة الليبية المتفاقمة بين حكومة طرابلس واللواء المتقاعد خليفة حفتر، وداعميهما من القوى الإقليمية المحيطة بليبيا، خاصة مع طرح مقترح إرسال الجيش الجزائري خرج حدوده للتداول. وبتحليلٍ منهجي للمعطيات المرتبطة بالنشاط الدبلوماسي للجزائر من خلال التصريحات والإحصاءات الموثقة، توصل الباحثان إلى عدة نتائج، لعل أهمها أنَّ الجزائر الرسمية اليوم تسعى لتغليب الحلول السياسية وتكثيف الجهود الدبلوماسية بديلاً عن الحلول العسكرية والمقاربات الأمنية، مع محاولاتٍ علنيةٍ الوقوف على مسافة واحدة من جميع الأطراف بما في ذلك القوى الدولية التي تسعى إلى التدخل في ليبيا سواءً بطرق مباشرة أو غير مباشرة، وأنّ مقترح إرسال قوى عسكرية جزائرية خارج حدودها وبموافقة أممية هو سلوكٌ استباقي ضد مشكلات عسكرية مستقبلية ولا يرتبط حصرا بأزمة ليبيا. This scientific article seeks to provide an in-depth scientific and critical reading about the new Algerian diplomatic behavior towards the worsening Libyan crisis between the Tripoli government and the retired Major General Khalifa Hifter, and their supporters from the regional powers surrounding Libya, especially with a proposal to send the Algerian army out of its borders for circulation. With a systematic analysis of the data related to the diplomatic activity of Algeria through documented statements and statistics, the researchers reached several results, perhaps the most important of which is that official Algeria today seeks to prevail over political solutions and intensify diplomatic efforts as a substitute for military solutions and security approaches, with public attempts to stand at the same distance from all parties, including In that the international powers that seek to interfere in Libya, whether directly or indirectly, and that the proposal to send Algerian military forces outside their borders and with international approval is a preemptive behavior against future military problems and is not related exclusively to the Libyan crisis.
