الصعوبات التي يواجهها معلمو ذوي الاحتياجات الخاص (دراسة ميدانية بمراكز و مدارس ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة بمدينة بسكرة)

الملخص
يستخدم مصطلح التربية الخاصة للدلالة على نمط خاص من الخدمات و البرامج التربوية التي تستخدم مع التلاميذ الذين لا يستطيعون مسايرة متطلبات برامج التربية العادية، هذه الاخيرة تؤكد على ضرورة الاهتمام بذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة و تكييف المناهج وطرق التدريس الخاصة بهم بما يتلائم و احتياجاتهم، مع تقديم الدعم العلمي و التدريب المهني لمعلمي التربية الخاصة بما يساعدهم على تنفيذ استراتيجيات التعليم سواء مع التلاميذ الموهوبين أو ذوي الإعاقات المختلفة. و قد اهتم التشريع الجزائري برعاية هذه الفئة من المجتمع ، كما حدد أشكال و طرق تقديم الخدمات التعليمية من خلال المراكز المتخصصة التي تم إنشائها بموجب المرسوم رقم 80-59 في 08 مارس 1980. و في هذه الورقة سوف نحاول تقديم دراسة ميدانية في المراكز الخاصة بذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة بمدينة بسكرة لمعرفة الصعوبات التي يواجهها معلمي ذوي الاحتياجات في رعاية هاته الفئة من الأطفال. :Abstract Special education (also known as special needs education, aided education or exceptional education) is the practice of educating students with special educational needs in a way that addresses their individual differences and needs. Ideally, this process involves the individually planned and systematically monitored arrangement of teaching procedures, adapted equipment and materials, These interventions are designed to help individuals with special needs achieve a higher level of personal self-sufficiency and success in school and in their community,. And must provide scientific support and vocational training for special education teachers, including helping them to implement the education strategies with both gifted students or those with various disabilities. Algerian legislation has been cared sponsored this category of society, also identified the forms and methods of providing educational services through specialized centers that have been established by Decree No. 80-59 in the March 8, 1980 In this paper will attempt to providing An Empirical Study at private centers to people with special needs in Biskra to know the the difficulties .faced by teachers with special needs in Care these circumstances category of children
