الملخص
ملخص تستخدم الحدود كوسيلة قبل كل شيء لتمييز الأمم والدول والسيادات المتجاورة ووسيلة قانونية لتحديد مراكز الأفراد ،وتسهيل عبورهم إلى دول أخرى بما لا يتعارض وسيادة هذه الدول ،ويستقيم وحقوق الإنسان وفي مقدمة هذه الحقوق مبدأ حرية انتقال الأفراد ،ضمانا للحق في الحياة والكرامة الإنسانية أثناء النزاعات المسلحة. كانت حركة الأفراد غير مقيدة بالحدود في الماضي، وفي الوقت الذي كان الاتجاه العام يسير نحو إزالتها تماشيا مع العولمة،عاد توظيفها بقوة وصلابة في شكل جدران وسياج وحواجز وخنادق لتسد وتمنع حركة الأفراد وفي مقدمة هؤلاء اللاجئون، الأكثر حاجة لعبورها في ظل تراجع البعد الإنساني والأخلاقي لصالح البعد الأمني والخوف من المهاجرين واللاجئين الذين أصبحوا يشكلون في نظر الكثير من الدول عبئا اقتصاديا واجتماعيا وامنيا دافعة إياها للبحث لهم عن بدائل للحماية التي هي حجر الزاوية في التعامل مع طلبات الهجرة واللجوء Abstract Borders is a means used above all to distinguish nations, neighboring states and sovereignty, and a legal means of determining the status of individuals and facilitating their transit to other countries in a manner that does not contradict the sovereignty of these states and upholds human rights. The foremost of these rights is the principle of freedom of movement of individuals, in order to guarantee the right to life and human dignity during armed conflicts. While the movement of individuals has been unrestricted throughout history, and while the general trend has been towards demarcation of borders in line with globalization, it has recruited them firmly and firmly in the form of walls, fences, barriers and ditches to block and prevent the agony of individuals. In light of the decline of the human and moral dimension in favor of the security dimension and the fear of migrants and refugees, which has become in the eyes of many countries an economic, social and security burden, urging them to search for alternatives to protection, which is the cornerstone in dealing with applications for immigration and asylum, and is it necessary to over-employ Border to restrict the freedom of individuals in the movement to provide security?
