Abstract
Abstract: This study aims at shedding light on the criminal risk and the criminal justice role in eliminating and combatting it. The study also aims at identifying the extent of the criminal justice effectiveness, in fighting the criminal risk, through comparing the criminal legislations and the followed procedures. ملخص: نهدف من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة تسليط الضوء على الخطورة الإجرامية ودور العدالة الجنائية في الحد منها ومواجهتها ومدى فعاليتها في ذلك, من خلال المقارنة بين التشريعات الجنائية والأساليب المعتمدة في ذلك.
