الصناعات الغذائية الجزائرية كمدخل فعال لتطوير المنتجات الزراعية وإنعاش النهظة التصديرية

الملخص
يحظى قطاع الصناعات الغذائية باهتمام كافة دول العالم لما يوفره من الفائدة التي تتكامل مع القطاع الزراعي، بالإضافة إلى أهميته على الصعيد الإستراتيجي والأمن الغذائي ومساهمته في الإكتفاء الذاتي للدول، ولهذا يُعتبر قطاع الصناعات الغذائية عنصرا داعمًا ومحفزًا لتطوير القطاع الزراعي ورُكنا أساسيًا في تحقيق الأمن الغذائي والإستقرار الإقتصادي ،، تهدف دراستنا الى الاهتمام بقطاع واحد يعتمد بدرجة كبيرة في مدخلاته على المنتجات الزراعية وهو قطاع الصناعات الغذائية، والذي قد يساهم في تحسين الأمن الغذائي لأفراد المجتمع مما يساهم بشكل وافر في التنمية الاقتصادية للبلد، إذا ما أحكم تكامل هذا القطاع مع قطاع الزراعة وبالتالي الزيادة في الصادرات وبالنظر إلى التوجه الحديث للمؤسسات نحو سوق الصناعات الغذائية، ومانستنتجه من هذه الدراسة هو سعي المؤسسات الجزائرية للحصول على موقع معتبر في هذا السوق والتحكم فيه إلى حد ما بما يتيح لها الفرصة للبقاء وتحقيق الأرباح في هذه السوق التنافسية. Abstract: The food industries sector enjoys the attention of all countries of the world for the benefits it provides that are integrated with the agricultural sector, in addition to its strategic importance, food security and its contribution to the self-sufficiency of countries. Therefore, the food industries sector is considered a supportive and catalyst for the development of the agricultural sector and a fundamental pillar in achieving food security and stability. Economic , our study aims to pay attention to one sector that depends to a large extent on its inputs on agricultural products, which is the food industries sector, which may contribute to improving food security for members of society, which would contribute greatly to the country's economic development, if the integration of this sector with the agricultural sector is tightened and thus The increase in exports and in view of the recent trend of enterprises towards the food industry market, and what we conclude from this study is the endeavor of Algerian enterprises to obtain a significant position in this market and to control it to some extent in order to allow them the opportunity to survive and achieve profits in this competitive market.
