دمج الفن في مشاريع تزيين المدينة: دراسة حالة مدينة وهران

الملخص
انطلاقًا من دراسة استكشافية للأعمال الفنية في الفضاءات العمومية بمدينة وهران ، نسعى لإبراز صعوبة دمج الفن في المدينة من خلال طرح الاشكالية التالية : هل تعزى هذه الصعوبة إلى النماذج الفنية المختارة، أو هي نتيجة عدم القدرة على بلورة سياسة عامة تدمج جميع الفاعليين في عملية التخطيط الحضري؟ إن نجاح مشاريع تزيين المدينة مرتبط باتخاذ اجراءات كفيلة بضمان شفافية ووضوح مسابقات التجميل، دمج جميع العناصر الفاعلة في عملية التخطيط الحضري وضمان انسجام الإجراءات المتبعة من قبل جميع الفاعليين، وأخيرا تكييف نوع وقيمة العمل مع خصائص البيئة المحلية من أجل الإسهام في تجديد الصورة الجمالية والثقافية للمدينة. Starting from an exploratory study of artworks in public spaces in the city of Oran, we seek to highlight the difficulty of integrating art in the city by posing the following problem: Is this difficulty attributable to the chosen artistic models, or is it the result of the inability to formulate a public policy that integrates all actors in the urban planning process? The success of city decorating projects is linked to taking measures to ensure the transparency and clarity of cosmetic competitions, integrating all actors in the urban planning process and ensuring the procedures followed by all actors, and finally adapting the type and value of work with the characteristics of the local environment in order to contribute to renewing the aesthetic and cultural image For the city.
