الملخص
ملخص: تتطرق هذه الدراسة إلى الإطار القانوني المنظم لحق الضمان الاجتماعي للفنان في القانون الجزائري، من خلال تحليل النصوص القانونية وخاصة المستحدثة منها وقد حرصت الدراسة على إبراز وتحديد صفة الفنان ابتداء، ثم إلى تأصيل القانون للحق في الضمان الاجتماعي لهذه الفئة. مستخلصين انتهاء هامش المحافظة على البعد الاجتماعي للدولة الجزائرية وذلك بالاهتمام الملاحظ بفئة الفنانين باعتبارها قدرات إبداعية تدفع بالمجتمعات قدماً، في ظل بروز ملامح النظام الليبرالي من خلال تحرير الاستثمار والتجارة. Abstract: This study examines the legal framework regulating the right to social security of the artist in Algerian law, through the analysis of legal texts. The study was keen on highlighting and defining the character of the artist, first, then establishing the law for the right to social security for this category. We extracted the end of the margin of preservation of the social dimension of the Algerian state, with the noted interest in the category of artists as creative capabilities that push societies forward, in light of the emergence of the features of the liberal system through the liberalization of investment and trade.
