النظم الفقهي المالكي في التراث الإسلامي -مدخل تعريفي-

الملخص
ظهور الشعر التعليمي لم يكن وليد الصدفة أو ناتجا عن ترف أدبي لا طائل تحته، وإنما كانت له أسباب ودواع، مست الحاجة إلى تلبيتها بهذا النوع من الفن. ونال الفقه الإسلامي نصيبه الوافر من النظم، حيث سهل الفقه وقرب المعلومة للطالب، ولكن ميل بعض النظام إلى الاختصار الشديد جعل منظوماتهم ملغزة، وميل البعض الآخر إلى التطويل جعل عدد أبياتها يتجاوز الآلاف. ورغم كل ما وجه للمنظومات من النقد والثلب، فإن مكانتها لا يعرفها إلا من خالطها وعالجها، وآثارها الحميدة لا ينكرها إلا المكابر. The emergence of educational poetry was not a coincidence or a result of a useless literary luxury. Rather, there are many reasons and causes behind this type of art. Islamic jurisprudence won its abundant share of the poetry composition. Therefore, it became facilitated and approached to students. However, the tendency of some poets to summarize made their compositions enigmatic, and the tendency of others to lengthen made the number of their verses exceed thousands. In spite of all criticism and calumny directed to this kind of poetry, its position was known only to those who practised and engaged in it. Besides this, its positive effects were not denied except by the obstinate.
