الملخص
تهدف الدراسة إلى تناول علاقة المرأة بزوجها في مجتمع المغرب الإسلامي، وهذا النوع من العلاقة هو جزء من العلاقات الأسرية، فالعلاقات الودية التي نسجها الزوجان داخل خلية الأسرة، ومختلف النزاعات التي نشبت بينهما، وما تمخض عنها من نتائج لعل أبرزها هو الطلاق وأخطرها في نفس الوقت، يوحي بأن المرأة كانت تعيش في جو أسري غير مريح ساهم مساهمة كبيرة في عدم قدرتها على الحفاظ على بيت الزوجية الذي يعد المكان الوحيد لأمانها وطمأنينتها. فقد تعرضت للإهانة والتعسف والتضييق عليها من قبل بعض الرجال الذين تستولي على مخيالهم الصور السلبية تجاه المرأة، وهو ما كان له انعكاس سلبي على وضعيتها، وأفقدها الاطمئنان لمصيرها داخل الأسرة. إن الخوض في مثل هذه المواضيع الاجتماعية الدقيقة يعطينا صورة عن المؤسسة الأسرية في المغرب الإسلامي، و دور المرأة كعنصر فعال ومهم فيها مثلها مثل باقي الأفراد. فلا يمكن تحييدها عن دورها داخل الأسرة وعدم تغطية مكانتها بشكل من الأشكال. لأن هذا فيه إجحاف لها ولمكانتها. سيسهم هذا البحث في معالجة مسألة من المسائل الحساسة خاصة بالنسبة للمرأة، فالعلاقة الزوجية داخل الجسم الأسري بالمغرب الإسلامي اعترضته عدة مشاكل، ولعل معظمها يعزى إلى أسباب اقتصادية واجتماعية كالسبب المادي، و الخيانة الزوجية، و تعدد الزوجات، الضرب...إلخ. كلها عوامل ساهمت مساهمة كبيرة في توتر علاقة المرأة بزوجها، وفي تفككها وانحلالها في الكثير من الأحيان. The study aims to deal with the relationship between woman and her husband in the islamic Maghreb society. This kind of relationship is a part of the family relationship. The friendly relation which was woven by the couple within the family cell and the various conflicts that broke out between them. the divorce might be the most important and dangerous result. It was thought that women used to live in uncomfortable family atmosphere which greatly contributed in her inability to preserve the marital home which is considered as her unic place of safety and reassurance. she was subject to insult, abuses and restrictions by some men who take over their minds negative pictures toward woman and this is what had a negative impact on woman’s situation and made her lost reassurance for her destiny within the family. Wading in a such delicate social issues gives us a picture of the family institution in the islamic Maghreb and the role of woman as an active and important element as the other individuals she can’t be neutralized from her role within the family and cover her position in any way because it’s unfair for her is and her status. This research will contribute in processing a sensitive issue especially for woman, since the marital relationship inside the family body in the islamic Maghreb Was confronted by several problems and most of them may be attributed to economic and social reasons such as infidelity, polygamy domestic violence…etc. all these factors has a great Contribution to the relationship disorder of the woman with her husband and in many cases its disintegration and dissolution.
