Have concluded this study given results obtained from test relations of long-term between the exchange rate of the dinar and foreign direct investment flows, using the co integration method to the absence of any relationship between the two variables in the long term, and is due to several reasons including that: the process of reducing the dinar, which was in two phases in 1991 and 1994 were not sufficient For the theoretical results, FDI inflows recorded in the floating orbit were not a foregone conclusion for the exchange rate regime, but were the result of a policy to encourage investment, and guarantees for foreign investors, as well as the attention of the Algerian authorities to provide the appropriate environment to attract that kind of investments.
