أهمية التنظيم الإداري المحلي (البلدية) في تحقيق التنمية المحلية

الملخص
الملخص : تعتبر الإدارة المحلية الحلقة الوسيطة التي تربط بين الحكومة المركزية و المواطن المحلي ، و لذلك فهي تباشر من خلال المهام التي يقوم بها و الصلاحيات المخولة لها ببلوغ أهمية كبيرة في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة على المستوى المحلي ، و يظهر ذلك من خلال توسيع فرص المشاركة في وضع الحظ و الكشف عن متطلبات المجتمع المحلي و ممارسة الحكم الصالح ، إضافة الى إدارة الموارد المحلية و ترشيدها في ظل ممارسة نشاط اقتصادي محلي يحترم قدرات البيئة ، و توفير المتطلبات الضرورية لأفراد المجتمع المحلي ، و حماية البيئة المحلية في حدود الصلاحيات المحددة لمهامها . Abstract :lacal management considers episode middleware that connects between the central governement and domistic citizen , and therefore , it must entre through the tasks carried out by the powers vested in them to reach great importance in achieving sustainable development at the local leve , this shows through the expansion of opportunities to participate in the development of plans and the disclosure of the local community requirements and the practice of good governance , in addition to local resource management and rationalization in light of the practice of economic activity local respects the capabilities of the environement , and to provide the necessary requirements for members the local community , and the protection of the local environment in the limits of the powers specific tasks .
