دور الاحزاب السياسية في التأثير على صنع السيلسة العامة في الجزائر

الملخص
ملخص تُعد الأحزاب السياسية من أهم التنظيمات السياسية التي تؤثر بشكل مباشر على سير و حركة النظام السياسي و ضمان استمراره و استقراره، فهي تؤدي دوراً مهماً في تنشيط الحياة السياسية و صارت تُشكل ركناً أساسياً من أركان النظم الديمقراطية، فأداء الأحزاب ينعكس سلباً أو إيجاباً على نوعية الحياة السياسية و على مستوى التطور الديمقراطي و التحديث السياسي، و فاعلية النظام السياسي الذي يُعدّ انعكاساً للنظام الحزبي السائد في الدولة. و للأحزاب السياسية دور مهم في صنع السياسة العامة و تأطيرها، حيث تُعد إحدى قنوات المشاركة السياسية للمواطن، إذْ يعدّها علماء السياسة، الركيزة القوية و المنظمة للربط بين القمة و القاعدة و كمحطة اتصال لازمة بين المواطنين و السلطة و تختلف طبيعة و إجراءات و طرق صنعها من دولة إلى أخرى تبعاً للنظام السياسي و دور الأجهزة الحكومية و غير الحكومية، و منها الأحزاب السياسية. Abstract Political parties are one of the most important political organizations that directly affect the functioning of the political system and ensure its continuity and stability. It plays an important role in activating political life and has become a cornerstone of democratic systems. The performance of political parties is negatively or positively reflected on the quality of life. Political and democratic development and political modernization and the effectiveness of the political system, which is a reflection of the party system prevailing in the state. Political parties have an important role to play in shaping and shaping public policy. It is one of the channels of political participation of citizens. It is considered by political scientists as a strong and organized pillar for linking the summit and al-Qaeda and as a necessary communication point between citizens and authorities. From state to state depending on the political system and the role of government and non-governmental bodies, including political parties
