دور الاحزاب السياسية في تعزيز المشاركة السياسية للمرأة الجزائرية على ضوء القانون العضوي رقم 12/04

الملخص
قامت الجزائر بمجموعة من التعديلات القانونية التي تسعى من خلالها الى تعزيز المشاركة السياسية للمرأة وتمكينها من مزاحمة الرجال في مراكز صنع القرار بعد مصادقتها على اتفاقية القضاء على جميع أشكال التمييز ضد المرأة بتحفظ سنة 1996, وأهم هذه القوانين قانون الأحزاب الذي يعتبر من أهم الدعائم لدفع مشاركة المرأة الجزائرية بحكم أن الأحزاب السياسية تعتبر الوسيلة الأنسب والأمثل لكي ترتقي المرأة بمشاركتها السياسية, لكن واقع المشاركة السياسية للمرأة الجزائرية لم يرقى لطموحاتها ولا يظهر انعكاسات القانون عليها, لذلك سنقوم في هذه الورقة البحثية بدراسة أهم إسهامات قانون الأحزاب لتعزيز مشاركة المرأة في المجال السياسي وإلى أهم التوصيات التي يجب أن تأخذها الأحزاب بعين الاعتبار لكي تكون فعلا وسيلة فعالة في دعم وتعزيز مشاركة المرأة سياسيا . Algeria has implemented a set of new legal amendments after the ratification of the convention on the elimination of all forms of discrimination against women in 1996. The new legal amendments aim to enhance the political participation of women and enable them to compete with men in the decision-making positions. Furthermore, these laws are considered as ones of the most important political pillars to advance the political participation of Algerian women, by virtue of the fact that political parties are considered the most appropriate and ideal means for them. Nonetheless, the added amendments and laws did not achieve the set goals of advancing women's political participation, in addition to the fact that the reality of the political participation of Algerian women did not live up to the wanted aspirations and did not reflect the implications of the laws . On this basis, this research paper is set to investigate the most important contributions of the political law parties in enhancing the political participation of women. This paper also seeks to study the recommendations that the political parties must take into consideration in order to be truly an effective means in supporting and enhancing the political participation of women.
