الملخص

The increase of the quality and safety importance has driven the food industries at developing various quality control systems, which became necessary over the years. Currently, one of the most widespread and important quality control systems is HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points), which is examined by a great number of researches and ISO 22000 (International Organization of Standardization), which is assisted by the certification standards of organic agriculture, and it consists one of the main certificated food production .This two systems incorporate and strengthen to create an effective food safety management system. Which is applied on the food chain as a whole, starting with producers or the farm, continues with the food manufacturers and distributors, and ends with the consumer. So the Algerian government should motivate the food industries to adopt the new system and also create a database including all certified companies to ensure the safe consumer food .
