مدى تأثير أنماط القيادة في الإبداع الإداري دراسة حالة في مديرية الإدارة المحلية - ولاية غارداية-

الملخص
تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة مدى تأثير أنماط القيادة في الإبداع الإداري ، حيث تم إجراء دراسة حالة على مديرية الإدارة المحلية لولاية غارداية ، وذلك من خلال تصميم و توزيع 70 استبيان على عدد من القيادات والعاملين بالإدارة وقد خلصت الدراسة بعدد من النتائج أهمها: • تمارس في الإدارة المحلية بولاية غارداية الأنماط المختلفة للقيادة، إلا أن النمط الاوتوقراطي جاء في المرتبة الأولى يليه النمط الديمقراطي والنمط الحر، و كل هذه الأنماط تمارس بدرجة متوسطة. • تمارس عناصر الإبداع الإداري في الإدارة المحلية بولاية غارداية بدرجة متوسطة . • تبين أن العلاقة بين النمط القيادي الاوتوقراطي والنمط القيادي الديموقراطي من جهة و الإبداع الإداري من جهة ثانية هي علاقة ارتباط معنوية في حين كانت العلاقة بين النمط القيادي الاوتوقراطي و الإبداع الإداري علاقة ارتباط غير معنوية. • تبين انه توجد علاقة تأثير بين النمط القيادي الديمقراطي والإبداع الإداري في الإدارة المحلية بولاية غارداية . أما أهم ما وصت به الدراسة هو: ضرورة تخلص الإدارة المحلية بولاية غارداية من الأساليب القيادية التي من شانها أن تحد من إبداع العاملين. ضرورة تدريب القيادات في الإدارة المحلية بولاية غارداية على الأنماط القيادية الايجابية. ضرورة الاهتمام بالإبداع الإداري في الإدارة المحلية وذلك من خلال تنمية مهارات العاملين في عناصر الإبداع لا سيما مجال الطلاقة والأصالة والقدرة على التحليل والإقناع والحساسية للمشكلات و روح المجازفة. The present study aims to determine the effect of driving patterns in the administrative creativity, where it was a case of the local administration of the mandate Ghardaia study, through the design and distribution of a questionnaire to 70 the number of leaders and staff management. The study concluded with a number of findings, including: • practiced in the state of the local administration Ghardaia different leadership styles, but the autocratic style came in first, followed by the Democratic-style free style, and all these patterns exercise moderately. • exercised administrative elements of creativity in the local administration Ghardaia state moderately. • show that the relationship between leadership style and pattern autocratic Democratic leadership on the one hand and administrative creativity on the other hand is a significant correlation, while the relationship between autocratic leadership style and management innovation is a significant correlation. • show that there is a relationship between the influence of democratic leadership style and management innovation in the local administration Ghardaia state. The most important thing has recommended by the study is: • need to get rid of local administration Ghardaia state of leadership styles that would limit the creativity of workers. • the need to train leaders in the local administration Ghardaia state on positive leadership styles. • need to focus on administrative innovation in the local administration, through the development of skills of workers in the elements of creativity, especially the area of fluency, flexibility, originality and risk-analysis capability and sensitivity to the problems in and out of the ordinary.
