الجودة الشاملة في مؤسسات التعليم الجزائرية ( مؤسسات التعليم الثانوي نموذجا)

الملخص
ملخص : هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع الجودة الشاملة في مؤسسات التعليم الثانوي، والتعرف على أثر متغيري الجنس والتخصص والأقدمية والولاية على نظرة أفراد العينة للموضوع. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم إعداد استبيان تكون من 57 فقرة موزعة على أربعة أبعاد، طبق على عينة متكونة من 66 مستشارا للتوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي من ولايتي مستغانم وغليزان. وأسفرت الدراسة النتائج الآتية: توجد درجة متوسطة في الجودة الشاملة في مؤسسات التعليم الجزائرية. وتوجد درجة متوسطة في مجال جودة المدرسة، ومجال جودة التلاميذ، وفي مجال جودة المناهج والبرامج الدراسية، وفي مجال جودة الأساتذة من وجهة نظر أفراد عينة الدراسة. ولا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين أفراد العينة في استجابتهم تعزى لمتغير الجنس، الأقدمية. وتوجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين أفراد العينة في استجابتهم تعزى لمتغير التخصص، الولاية. الكلمات المفتاح : الجودة الشاملة ؛ مؤسسات التعليم الثانوي ؛ مستشاري التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي. Abstract: The aim of the study was to identify the reality of the total quality in the Algerian educational institutions (secondary education institutions) and to identify the effect of variables of gender, specialization, seniority and the state on the opinion of the sample members. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was prepared consisting of 57 paragraphs divided into four dimensions. This questionnaire was based on a sample of 66 mentoring and guidance counselors from Mostaganem and Relizane states. The results were as follows: There is a medium degree in the total quality of Algerian educational institutions. There is a middle degree in the quality of the school, the quality of pupils, quality of curriculum and study programs, the quality of professors. There are no statistically significant differences to the gender, the seniority variable. There are statistically significant differences among the sample members in their response, which are attributed to the specialization variable, the state variable.
