ضمان الاستدامة المالية لمصادر تمويل نشاط الجمعية في القانون الجزائري وسبل إنعاشها.

ملخص: وضعت مختلف التشريعات إطار قانوني ينظم الحق في ممارسة العمل التطوعي وطريقة الاستفادة منه وفي هذا الإطار يمكن الحديث عن الجمعيات باعتبارها أسمى مظهر للعمل التطوعي الذي من خلاله يمكن تقديم خدمات للمجتمع من دون أن ينتظر القائم على هذا العمل مقابل من وراء الخدمات التي يقدمها ،فالخصائص التي تميز الجمعيات هي التي تجعل الخدمة المقدمة من طرف الأفراد الفاعلين مميزة ، وفي هذا الإطار لنا وقفة على مصادر تمويل الجمعية في القانون 12-06 المتعلق بالجمعية ، باعتبار التمويل عصب الحياة لهذه التنظيمات، حيث وضع المشرع أحكام تضبط هذا الجانب ، ولكنها بنظر فقهاء القانون أصبحت غير كافية و لا تحقق الاستدامة المالية وبالتالي ضرورة البحث عن سبل انعاشها. :Abstract Different legislations set up a legal system which regulates the right to practice the voluntary work and the way to benefit from it. In this context, associations can be seen as the highest form of voluntary work that provide community with services without looking for awarded instead . The characteristics which distinct the associations make the service presented by the active persons more distinctive. In this context, we have to stand on the sources of the Association's funding in the Law 12-06 taking in to consideration that Society, funding is the lifeblood for these organizations, at which the legislator set up decisions that regulate all this, but they still insufficient and do not achieve the financial sustainability in the opinion of of the legislators and thus it is necessary to search and find ways to be revived.
