Résumé

The in-service training of teachers shows big deficiencies which keep going on since the new reforms of the educative system of 2002. Though the discourse is new the class practice remains unaltered. Since the teaching public is heterogeneous, it is necessary to thrive the teachers’ training by basing in an appropriate competencies referential well adapted to the Algerian reality. The trainers’roleis important in the sense that involves the teachers in the construction of their Professional skills
