إتجاهات أساتذة التعليم الإبتدائي نحو التكوين أثناء الخدمة

الملخص
الملخص: تبحث هذه الدراسة في معرفة طبيعة اتجاهات أساتذة التعليم الإبتدائي نحو التكوين أثناء الخدمة بمدينة مستغانم، وما إذا كانت هناك فروق بين اتجاهاتهم تعزى لمتغيري الجنس والمستوى التعليمي، وبهذا استعان الباحثان بتطبيق مقياس الاتجاه نحو التكوين أثناء الخدمة بعد التحقق من خصائصه السيكومترية، ثم طبق على عينة قدرها 90 أستاذ وأستاذة، وقد توصلت نتائج هذه الدراسة إلى أن طبيعة اتجاهات الأساتذة حول التكوين أثناء الخدمة ضعيفة جدا، وأنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في اتجاهات الأستاذة نحو التكوين اثناء الخدمة تعزى لمتغيري الجنس والمستوى التعليمي. Abstract: This study examines the knowledge of the nature of the primary school teachers' tendencies towards in-service training in Mostaganem, And whether there are differences between the tendencies attributed to the variables of sex and educational level, Thus, the researchers used the measure to apply trend toward training while in service after the verification of the psychometric properties, Applied to a sample of 90 teachers, The results of this study concluded that the nature of teachers' tendencies towards in-service training is negative, And that there were no statistically significant differences tendencies towards in-service training due to variable both sex and educational level.
