Measuring And Evaluating The Performance Of Hospital Institutions To Improve The Quality Of Health Services In Algeria

الملخص
We studied the tool of measure and evaluation of the performance, represented by the structured activity reports of health institution; we tried to address its needs from inspected standards and indicators, appropriated and expressive. From the analysis of statistical data we tried to address: volume of health services activities, geographic distribution of available resources, then demonstrate the conceptual frame of the performance measurement and evaluation, how indicators are set according to the system activity reports for Algerian health institution, finally the feasibility study of this mechanism currently adopted in the public hospitals and necessity to provide it with suitable environment as an accurate information system.
