Financial Solidarity Transfer: A Mechanism Of Financial Equilibrium Of Social Security Of The Salaried Employees In Algeria.

Résumé
Solidarity transfers are financial transfers made by surplus insurance funds of social security system to loss-making funds, in the aim of rebalancing the system’s annual budget. Based on a comparative analysis approach the study tried to measure financial potential and limitations of solidarity transfer made by the national fund of social security (CNAS) toward the national retirement fund (CNR) in order to rebalance the Algerian salaried employee’s social security system.
