الملخص
The aim of this study Is to consider the basis of custom and its impact on the momentous events of Algerian family, from the book entitled hidden pearls in momentous events of mazuna or « durrar elmaknuna fe nawazil mazuna » by Abi Zakaria El Mazuni and the adopted descriptive and inductive approach through the induction of the terms related to the basis and further more by using the results acqired to describe part of Algerian family life in the ninth century Hegira. The most important results obtained is the great impact of the basis in Fiqh al-Maliki, on the other hand the extrapolation of this events gives a vivid picture of the nature of general social relations and family private and strata of society and professions that were practiced women ..., which expresses an important period in the history of the west of Algeria Where the intended integration of knowledge between the interlocking inputs to the jurisprudence of reality, and the jurisprudence of history, and jurisprudence of the legislative provisions.
