الملخص
شهد المغرب الأوسط في العصر الوسيط عدة مشاكل كانت نتيجة للأوضاع السائدة آنذاك، ولعل أخطرها أعمال الغصب والتعدي التي انتشرت بشكل واسع في المجتمع الريفي في تلك الآونة. والمازوني في كتابه وضح لنا مظاهر وأوجه الغصب الممارس من طرف القبائل العربية على سكان الريف والبوادي. لقد أضرت هذه الأعمال بدرجة أولى بالفلاحين لأن الغاصبين عملوا على أخذ كل ما بأيديهم من أراضي وحيوانات، لضعف نفوذ السلطة الحاكمة في هذه المناطق. The central Maghreb has seen in medieval several problems, were a result of the conditions prevailing at the time, and perhaps the most dangerous of the irregularity and infringement, which is widely spread in the rural society. Almazouni in his book explained to us the manifestations and aspects of irregularity practiced by Arab tribes on the rural population and the countryside. These actions have damaged the first degree peasants, the usurpers have worked to take everything in the hands from the land and animals, because the weakness of the influence of the ruling authority in these areas.
