البربر في جيش المنصور بن ابي عامر

الملخص
تطلب المشروع العامري في إعادة هيكلة أجهزة الدولة المشروع في إصلاحات الجيش في المقام الأول، حيث كانت هذه المؤسسة في حاجة إلى دم جديد، فعمد إلى تطعيمها بالعناصر البربرية التي كان على معرفة بطبائعها وحسن بلائها في الحروب والمداهمات، فظل يستكثر ويستزيد منهم، ويزرعهم في صفوف جيشه بانتظام ليكون بهم قاعدة صلبة، حتى غصت بهم الكتائب والأجناد حتى بلغوا أعلى المراتب في الجيش الأندلسي. لقد استطاع المنصور بهذه السياسة المنتهجة أن يبعد الارستقراطية العربية الأندلسية المتنفذة في الجيش وأن يقضي بواسطتها على المناوئين من رجالات الدولة فخاض بهم دياجير الحروب مع النصارى في غزوات زادت عن خمسين غزوة كللت معظمها بالانتصار. Abstract In reconstructing the state apparatus, the Amiri’s project had to initiate reforms to the army in the first place. Because this institution was in need to new blood, Elmansour rainforced it with Berber elements whom he had good knowledge of their behaviour and good deeds in wars and raids. Thus, he he used to increase their number plunting them regularly in the ranks of his army to form a solid base . This created a big throng inside battalions and armies, and Berbers could reach the highest grades in the Andalussian army. This policy enabled Elmanssour to offset the influential arestocratic Andalusian Arabic from the army, defeat hostile statesmen and wag, with these Berbers, dangerous wars against the Christians in more than fifty invasions ended, mostly in victory.
