الملخص
Résumé: L'étude avait pour objectif mesurer les attitudes des maîtres du primaire vers la profession de l'enseignement a' travers les nouvelles réformes éducatives en Algerie, l'étude était faites sur un échantillon de 181 maître/maîtresse de plusieurs écoles primaires de la ville de Ouargla durant la saison scolaire 2010/2011, la méthode descriptive était adoptée pour réaliser les objectifs de l'étude et pour mesurer la attitude vers la profession de l'enseignement, le chercheur avait préparé un questionnaire a' ce sujet, l'étude avait abouti au résultat suivant: les attitudes des maîtres du primaire était positives. Abstract: The study aimed to measure the attitudes of the primary school teachers towards the profession of teatching through the new educationel reforms in Algeria, the study was made on a sample of 181 male/female teatchers of primary schools in the city of Ouargla during the academic year 2010/2011. To reatch the goals of the study the descriptive method was used ;for measuring the attitude towards the profession of teaching, the searcher had a questionnaire concerning this subject, the study had shown that the attitudes of the primary school teachers were positive.
