جهود الكنيسة البابوية في تحرير الأسرى الأوروبيين في الجزائر خلال العهد العثماني(مقاربة تاريخية)

الملخص
طيلة ثلاثة قرون تقريبا – بداية القرن 16 إلى الثلث الأول من القرن 19- عرف البحر المتوسط صراعا ضاريا، وحروبا دموية بين دولة قررت الدفاع عن كيانها وذاتها ووجودها، حيث تمكّنت من توجيه ضربات موجعة لأعدائها، وبين تكتّل مسيحي وظّف كل إمكاناته وطاقاته للقضاء على الجزائر، وعلى نظامها الذي رفض الركوع والتراجع أمام التحرّشات المسيحية المتكررة والمعلنة على السواحل الجزائرية. وقد نتج عن هذا الصراع، وعن هذه الحروب خسائر بشرية قدّرت بعشرات الآلاف، يضاف لهم عدد هائل من الأسرى في الضفّتين الشمالية والجنوبية للمتوسط. وقضية الأسر والرق قديمة قدم التاريخ، فخلال فترات التاريخ الإنساني التي اتسمت بالصراع بين القبائل أو الدول كانت قضية الأسرى تشكل نواة علاقات التفاوض بين هذه القبائل أو الدول، فإما يصبح هؤلاء الأسرى عبيدا يسخرون لخدمة الأقوياء أو يتم افتداؤهم بدفع مبالغ مالية أو عن طريق التبادل. وقد شكل موضوع الأسرى في ضفتي البحر الأبيض المتوسط الجنوبية والشمالية منحى واسعا في العلاقات بين المغرب الإسلامي وأوروبا المسيحية المتوسطية، هذا المنحى ينبغي النظر فيه بإمعان لسبر أغواره، وكشف حقائقه، وإعطاء هذه القضية الاجتماعية حقها من البحث، لأن مسألة الأسر والأسرى لم تحظ بالعناية الكافية من طرف الباحثين، وبخاصة في المغارب. For almost three centuries - the beginning of the 16th century to the first third of the 19th century - the Mediterranean was a fierce conflict and a bloody war between a state that decided to defend its existence and its existence, where it was able to inflict painful blows on its enemies and between a Christian bloc and used all its potential and energies to eliminate Algeria , And its regime, which refused to kneel and retreat before the repeated Christian harassment and declared on the Algerian coast. This conflict has resulted in tens of thousands of human losses, in addition to a large number of prisoners in the northern and southern shores of the Mediterranean. The issue of families and slavery is as old as history. During periods of human history, the issue of prisoners was the core of the negotiation relations between these tribes or countries. These prisoners either become slaves to serve the powerful or are redeemed by payment of money or through exchange. The issue of prisoners on the southern and northern shores of the Mediterranean has been a major aspect of the relations between the Islamic Maghreb and the Mediterranean Christian Europe. This trend should be carefully considered to explore its facts and to give this social issue its right to research because the issue of families and families has not been adequately addressed By researchers, especially in the Maghreb.
