البرنامج العلاجي لطفل التوحد وفق التخصصات التربوية والتعليمية The Therapeutic Program For An Autistic Child According To Pedagogical And Educational Specialties

الملخص

يعد التوحد من أخطر الإعاقات من حيث تأثيره على سلوك الأطفال والتواصل وهو أشد أشكال الاضطرابات السلوكية والعاطفية حدة وتطرفا، مع تأثيره الواسع على المجالات السلوكية والجسدية والعاطفية والاجتماعية المختلفة. يبدأ البرنامج العلاجي مباشرة بعد التشخيص السريري بعد تقديم الطفل في التخصصات: طبيب، ومتخصص في علاج اضطرابات اللغة، بالإضافة إلى الفحوصات الأولية كاختبار تشخيصي للسمع والفحص وبناء على الصور السريرية في دراسة الحالة، يتم تحديد مبادئ العلاج نوعيا وموضوعيا. قد تكون المبادئ العلاجية هي نفسها في المواقف المختلفة، لكن تقنيات العلاج تختلف من حالة إلى أخرى بسبب الفروق الفردية بين كل شخص، يعتبر كل متخصص الوضع كحالة فردية ويعامل الطفل كشخصية كاملة. يرتبط العلاج الناجح بالعوامل التالية: - دقة الملاحظة السريرية-القدرة على تحليل السلوك الذي تم تحليله علميا-الاندماج الفوري في الحالة من خلال تحديد التقنية المناسبة لكل سلوك-قدرة المعالج على التواصل بشكل صحيح مع الطفل - التواصل مع الحالة كحالة سريرية وغير مرضية باستخدام لغة صحية مع الطفل في ضوء هذه العوامل. Autism is one of the most serious disabilities in terms of its impact on children's behavior and communication, and it is the most severe and extreme form of behavioral and emotional disorders, with its wide impact on various behavioral, physical, emotional and social fields. The therapeutic program begins immediately after the clinical diagnosis after the child is introduced into the specialties: a doctor, a specialist in the treatment of language disorders, as well as preliminary examinations as a diagnostic hearing test and examination. Based on the clinical pictures in the case study, the principles of treatment are determined qualitatively and objectively. The therapeutic principles may be the same in different situations, but the treatment techniques differ from case to case due to the individual differences of each person, each Specialist considers the situation as an individual case and treats the child as a whole personality. Successful treatment is associated with the following factors: - accuracy of clinical observation-the ability to scientifically analyze the analyzed behavior-immediate integration into the situation by determining the appropriate technique for each behavior-the ability of the therapist to communicate correctly with the child - communication of the condition as clinical and unsatisfactory using healthy language with the child in the light of these factors.
