دور المؤتمرات العلمية في تعزيز العلاقات بين الجامعات العربية والإفريقية ( دراسة ميدانية من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالجامعات العربية والإفريقية2021م)

الملخص
تهدف الدِّراسة إلى معرفة دور المؤتمرات العلمية في تعزيز العلاقات بين الجامعات العربية والأفريقية، كما هدفت إلى معرفة معوقات الاستفادة من المؤتمرات العلمية في تعزيز العلاقات بين هذه الجامعات، فضلاً عن معرفة الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية في متوسط درجات عينة الدراسة في دور المؤتمرات العلمية في تعزيز العلاقات بين الجامعات العربية والأفريقية والتي تُعزى لمتغيرات الدِّراسة:(النوع، والمشاركة في المؤتمرات، والقارة التي ينتمي إليها أفراد العينة). تمَّ إجراء الدّراسة في العام الجامعي 2020/2021، ولتحقيق أهداف الدِّراسة تمّ استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، والاستبانة أداةً للدِّراسة. تكوّنت عينة الدِّراسة بعدد (174) من أساتذة الجامعات العربية والأفريقية في قارتي أفريقيا وآسيا، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة من خلال توزيع الاستبانة إلكترونياً، ولمعالجة البيانات إحصائيّاً استخدم الباحثان برنامج الحزم الإحصائيّة للعّلوم الاجتماعيّة (SPSS)، ومن أهمّ النتائجّ التي خرجت بها الدِّراسة: يتحقق دور المؤتمرات العلمية في تعزيز العلاقات بين الجامعات العربية والأفريقية بوسط حسابي 2.77 وبدرجة تقديرية عالية، وتوجد معوقات في الاستفادة من المؤتمرات العلمية في تعزيز العلاقات بين الجامعات العربية والأفريقية بوسط حسابي 2.41 وبدرجة تقديرية عالية، لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات عينة الدِّراسة في معوقات الاستفادة من المؤتمرات العلمية في تعزيز العلاقات بين الجامعات العربية والأفريقية تُعزى لمتغيري: (النوع، والمشاركة في المؤتمرات)، وتوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات عينة الِّدراسة في معوقات الاستفادة من المؤتمرات العلمية في تعزيز العلاقات بين الجامعات العربية والأفريقية تُعزى لمتغير القارة لصالح قارة آسيا، ومن أهم التوصيات التي خرجت بها الدراسة: ضرورة الاهتمام بتعزيز العلاقات بين الجامعات محلياً ودولياً من خلال إقامة المؤتمرات العلمية بالجامعات ورعايتها. ABSTRACT The study aims to identify the role of academic conferences in strengthening relations between Arab and African universities, it also aimed to identify the obstacles that hinder benefiting from these conferences in strengthening relations between these universities. Moreover, the study aims at recognizing the statistically significant differences in the average grades of the study sample in the role of academic conferences in strengthening relations among Arab and African universities, which are attributed to the study variables: (gender, participation in conferences, and the continent to which the sample members belong). The study was conducted during the academic year 2020/2021, and to achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive analytical method was used, and the questionnaire was used as a tool for the study. The study sample consisted of (174) Arab and African university professors in the continents of Africa and Asia, they were selected in a simple random way through an electronically distributed the questionnaire. To treat the data statistically, the researchers used the Statistical Packages for Social Sciences (SPSS) program. Among the most important results of the study: The role of academic conferences in strengthening relations between Arab and African universities is achieved with an arithmetic mean of 2.77 with an estimated score. There are obvious obstacles hinder benefiting from academic conferences in strengthening relations between Arab and African universities with an arithmetic mean of 2.41 and with a high estimated score. There are no statistically significant differences between the average scores of the study sample in the obstacles to benefiting from academic conferences in strengthening relations between Arab and African universities due to the two variables: (type, participation in conferences). Nevertheless, there are statistically significant differences between the average scores of the study sample in obstacles to benefiting from academic conferences in strengthening relations between Arab and African universities is attributed to the continent's variable in favor of Asia. Among the most important recommendations that came out of the study: the need to pay attention to strengthening relations between universities locally and internationally through holding and sponsoring academic conferences in universities.
