الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الإحاطة بالدور الذي أصبحت تلعبه الصناعة المالية الإسلامية في تنويع وتنشيط الإستثمار من خلال مختلف الأشكال التي تطرحها الصناعة المالية الإسلامية من صيرفة إسلامية وصكوك وتأمين تكافلي وزكاة والوقف، ومدى مساهمتها في تنويع الإستثمارات وتلبية حاجات ورغبات فئة كبيرة من المستثمرين، والجزائر توجهت لإستغلال هذه الإمكانات المالية من خلال إصدار مجموعة من التشريعات والقوانين للإستفادة من هذه الأساليب المتنوعة من التمويل الإسلامي. This study aims to understand the role that the Islamic financial industry has played in diversifying and stimulating investment through the various forms offered by the Islamic financial industry, such as Islamic banking, sukuks, takaful insurance, zakat, and endowments, and the extent of their contribution to diversifying investments and meeting the needs and desires of a large group of investors, Algeria has moved to exploit this financial by issuing a set of legislation and laws to benefit from these diverse methods of Islamic finance.
