الملخص
التدخل القانوني في مجال حماية البيئة لتأطير النقل عموما مهم جدا لحماية البيئة ولتحقيق نقل بيئي يساهم في الحد من التلوث البيئي مع ضمان تحقيق أهداف النقل الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية.وتم التطرق لموضوع البحث من خلال المنهج التحليلي والمنهج الوصفي والمنهج المقارن بحيث تم التوصل لمجموعة من النتائج أهمها ضرورة حماية البيئة من خلال تنظيم النقل البيئي ومسايرة القانون بشقيه الوطني والدولي لتنظيم النقل البيئي. Legal intervention in the field of environmental protection to frame transportation in general is very important to protect the environment and to achieve environmental transportation that contributes to reducing environmental pollution while ensuring that the economic, social and cultural goals of transportation are achieved. The subject of the research was addressed through the analytical approach, the descriptive approach, and the comparative approach, so that a set of results were reached, the most important of which is the need to protect the environment through the regulation of environmental transport and the importance of keeping pace with the law, both national and international, to regulate environmental transport.
