الملخص

: تهدف الدراسة الى بيان دور المؤشرات المالية والغير مالية في تقييم كفاءة أداء المؤسسات، وتم تسليط الضوء على شركة الورود بالوادي للفترة 2021/2022، وتوصلت الدراسة بان الشركة تستخدم كلا من المؤشرات المالية والغير مالية في تقييم أدائها اخذة بعين الاعتبار الجوانب الداخلية والخارجية لتعطي صورة واضحة وشاملة حول الأداء الكلي، إضافة الى ذلك الشركة تطبق نظام الجودة للإصغاء للزبون الداخلي والخارجي، فالاهتمام بالعاملين من(تدريب، تأهيل وتطوير للكفاءات العلمية والعملية)، فيؤدي الى انتاج منتجات وفق مواصفات المعمول بها باقل تكلفة وجهد ووقت، مما يسمح بالوفاء باحتياجات العملاء المحليين والمتوقعين لتحقيق أرباح ومكاسب مالية وهذا ما تسعى اليه جل المؤسسات لضمان البقاء والاستمرارية. كلمات مفتاحية: الأداء، تقييم الأداء، المؤشرات المالية والغير المالية تصنيفات JEL: L25، .M41 Abstract The study aims to clarify the role of financial and non-financial indicators in evaluating the efficiency of institutions’ performance, and the light was highlighted on Al-Wadi wouroud Company for the period 2021/2022. The study concluded that the company uses both financial and non-financial indicators to evaluate its performance, taking into account the internal and external aspects to give a clear and comprehensive picture of the overall performance. In addition, the company applies a quality system to listen to internal and external customers, paying attention to employees (training, qualification and development of scientific and practical competencies), This leads to the production of products according to applicable specifications at the lowest cost, effort and time, which allows meeting the needs of local and potential customers to achieve profits and financial gains, and this is what most institutions seek to ensure survival and continuity.
