Résumé

This study shows the role and importance of the quantitative easing policy in raising the volume of government spending, by following direct and indirect mechanisms and methods that are compatible with the characteristics and requirements of the economy. This study includes a theoretical aspect that explains the general framework of quantitative easing policy and government spending, As well as an applied aspect through which the role played by the quantitative easing policy in raising the volume of government spending in Algeria for the period from 2017 to 2021 is clarified.
