مقاصد تدبير المال في وجوه البّر عند الشيخ كعباش في تفسيره نفحات الرحمن في رياض القرآن

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرّف على معالم الفكر المقاصدي عند علَم من أعلام الجزائر في القرن الواحد والعشرين، وهو الشيخ محمد بن إبراهيم سعيد كعباش، في مجال التبرعات المالية، من خلال تفسيره نفحات الرحمن في رياض القرآن، حيث تميز هذا الكتاب باعتناء مؤلِّفه بمقاصد الآيات وبيان وجه الحكمة في التشريع. ولإنجاز هذه الدراسة، سلك الباحث المنهج التاريخي من خلال التعرف على سيرة الشيخ كعباش، والمنهج الوصفي في التعريف بكتابه، والمنهج الاستقرائي والتحليلي عندي البحث في معالم الفكر المقاصدي عند الشيخ كعباش في باب التبرعات المالية. توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج، ومنها: أنواع المقاصد عند الشيخ كعباش أربعة، وهي لا تختلف عن تقسيمات الطاهر بن عاشور. لتدبير المال شروط، ومنها: الرشد وبلوغ النكاح، والاعتدال في تدبيره. من مقاصد تدبير المال في وجوه البرّ: تحقيق التكافل الاجتماعي، والحفاظ على كرامة الإنسان. Abstract: This study aims to identify the features of the purposive thought of one of Algeria's prominent scholars in the twenty-first century, Sheikh Muhammad bin Ibrahim Saeed Kaabash, in the field of financial donations through his interpretation of "Nafhat al-Rahman fi Riad al-Quran." This book stands out for the author's focus on the purposes of the Quranic verses and the elucidation of the wisdom behind legislation. To accomplish this study, the researcher followed a historical approach by examining the biography of Sheikh Kaabash. They also employed a descriptive approach to introduce his book and an inductive and analytical approach to explore the features of his purposive thought regarding financial donations. The study arrived at several conclusions, including that Sheikh Kaabash identifies four types of purposes, which do not differ significantly from the categorizations of Tahir ibn Ashur. The management of wealth has conditions, including prudence, reaching the age of marriage, and moderation in its management. One of the purposes of managing wealth is achieving social solidarity and preserving human dignity. Keywords: Purposes; wealth; righteousness; Kaabash; Nafhat al-Rahman.
