الملخص
ملخص : إن المعرفة الكاملة للجينوم، البشري في السنوات الأخيرة فتح لنا المجال الواسع لتلقي المعارف الواعدة، و حفز على إعادة النظر في بحوث تم تهميشها سابقا ،كالبحوث الهادفة لتفسير دور وعمل الجينات و تطورها أو علاقتها بتكاثر و موت الكائنات الحيوية ،فهي بحوث تشكل جزءا من أسرار الحياة . ما أدى للكشف عن العديد من المعارف الجينية، التي شكلت قاعدة متينة للباحثين بغرض إجراء دراساتهم و تجاربهم ،لفك الإنسان من أزماته الفسيولوجية و تكريمه بسد نقائصه ،لكن الكشوفات العلمية أخذت منحى متجاوز لأهدافها، إلى أن أصبح فيها الإنسان تحت سيطرة هذه التجارب ،فاقدا لكرامته و الأبعد من ذلك لإنسانيته ،جراء تعويضه بإنسان فائق متجاوز للطبيعة الإنسانية بحجة التطور العلمي التقني . فالتقنية الحديثة أثارت العديد من التداعيات الأخلاقية و القانونية و الإنسانية ،خاصة جراء استعمال البشر كحيوانات تجارب جينية، لينقلب العلم على العالم ،هنا أصبح التدخل الأخلاقي للمعارف التقنية أمر ضروري ،و اشتدت الحاجة إلى بيان حكم لهذه التصرفات اللاعلمية ،نتج عنها حقل مصطلحات جديد كالأخلاقيات الحيوية تخص التركيبة الجينية و الوراثية للإنسان، تتساءل حول مشروعية التدخلات البيوطبية على الجينوم البشري لفك الغموض من أزمات الإنسان دون أن تاخد به إلى تجاوز إنسانيته. Abstract: The full knowledge of the human genome in recent years has opened up a wide field for us to receive promising knowledge, and has stimulated a review of previously marginalized research, such as research aimed at explaining the role and work of genes and their evolution or their relationship to the reproduction and death of vital organisms. life . What led to the discovery of many genetic knowledge, which formed a solid base for researchers for the purpose of conducting their studies and experiments, to rid man of his physiological crises and honor him by filling his shortcomings. And beyond that, to his humanity, as a result of his compensation with a transcendent human being who transcends human nature under the pretext of scientific-technical development. Modern technology has raised many ethical, legal and human repercussions, especially as a result of the use of humans as genetic experiments animals, to turn science on the world, here the ethical intervention of technical knowledge became necessary, and the need for a statement of judgment for these unscientific behavior increased, resulting in a new field of terms such as ethics Biology concerns the genetic and hereditary structure of the human being. It questions the legitimacy of biomedical interventions on the human genome to demystify human crises without taking him beyond his humanity.
