Résumé
L’étude du processus d’adhésion de l’état de Palestine (AP) à la cour pénale internationale, d’une part, représente un événement important pour l’évolution du droit international, et d’autre part, l’évolution de ce processus, en reconnaissant sa compétence, pour qu’elle engage sa responsabilité et de déclencher des enquêtes, sur des crimes commis, par la force occupante dans un climat conflictuel. The study of the process of accession of the State of Palestine (PA) to the international criminal court, on the one hand, represents an important event for the evolution of international law, and on the other hand, the evolution of this process, by recognizing its competence, so that it engages its responsibility and to trigger investigations, into crimes committed by the occupying force in a climate of conflict.
