مكانة العملية التعليمية في ظل الدروس الخصوصية-دراسة ميدانية

الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف على وضعية العملية التعليمية في ظل الدروس الخصوصية ولتحقيق هذا الهدف استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي, واعتمدنا على عينة قصدية عدد مفرداتها 104 من تلاميذ الطور الثانوي بولاية سكيكدة, وقد تم الاعتماد على الاستمارة كأداة لجمع البيانات ومن خلال إجاباتهم توصلنا إلى النتائج التالية: الدروس الخصوصية حققت نجاحا كبديل للعملية التعليمية نتيجة الاعتماد الكبير عليها من طرف المتمدرسين, والثقة التي حظيت وتحظى بها خاصة في ظل الأوضاع المزرية المتزامنة مع جائحة كورونا, زيادة إلى أن الانجذاب نحوها جعل من العملية التعليمية الأكاديمية تتأثر سلبا وبالتالي تقلص الاهتمام بها, والذي خلق مصاريف إضافية وأعباء جديدة على عاتق الأسرة الجزائرية باعتبار أن تعليم الأبناء ونجاحهم أهم ما يطمحون تحقيقه, إلا أن إصلاح هذه الوضعية يوجب: العمل على إصلاح المنظومة التربوية وتهيئتها بدءا بالبرامج وتكوين الأساتذة وصولا إلى طرائق التدريس وأساليب التقويم وصياغة وبناء أسئلة الامتحانات وتطبيقها من أجل رفع ثقة المتعلم الجزائري في منظومته التربوية. This studyaimed to reveal the state of the educational process in the light of private lessons, and to achievethis goal weused the descriptive approach, and werelied on an intentional sample of 104 secondary schools tudents in the state of Skikda: Private lessons have achieved success as an alternative to the educational process as a result of the high dependence on them on the part of the teachers, and the confidence they have enjoyed, especially in light of the miserable conditions concurrent with the Corona pandemic, in addition to the factthat the attraction towards them made the academic educational process negative lyaffected and thusr educedinter est in it, which created Additional expenses and new burdens on the shoulders of the Algerian family, given that children, seducation and their success are the most important thingsthey aspire to achieve. However, reforming this situation requires: working on reforming and preparing the educational system, startingwith programs and training teachers, to teaching methods and evaluation ethods, formulating and building exam questions and applyingthem in order to raise confidence The Algerian learner in his educational system.
