الملخص
عرفت بلاد المغرب القديم انتعاشا في الساحة الأدبية و الثقافية من خلال بروز أسماء عديد من الأدباء و المثقفين من أهل البلاد الذين سطعت أسماؤهم في دنيا الأدب و الفكر، ليس فحسب بمقاطعاتهم الأصلية و لكن حتى في العاصمة روما و عموم الإمبراطورية الرومانية. و قد استطاعوا منافسة خير ما أنجبت روما من الشعراء و الأدباء وعلماء النحو و البلاغة و النثر و حققوا شهرة واسعة لأنفسهم و لبلادهم. و ما أسماء مثل أبوليوس المادوري و أبوليناريوس القرطاجي و تلميذه أولوس جيلوس و ماكروبيوس و مارتيانوس كابيلا و فيكتورينوس و أوريليوس فيكتور و نيمسيانوس القرطاجي و نونيوس التوبورسيكي و ترنتيوس الموري و غيرهم الذين خلفوا بصماتهم في الأدب اللاتيني إلا دليل على ذلك. ويعد النحوي فرونتو الكيرتي (القسنطيني) أحد هؤلاء الأدباء العظماء الذين طبقت شهرتهم الآفاق رغم مؤلفاته القليلة، و ذلك نظرا للمكانة العالية التي تبوأها لدى الأباطرة الرومان لاسيما الامبراطور المثقف ماركوس أوريليوس138/161 الذي ربطته به علاقة صداقة متينة استمرت إلى آخر أيامه. The ancient Maghreb experienced a revival in the literary and cultural arena through the emergence of the names of many writers and intellectuals from the people of the country whose names were shining in the world of literature and thought, not only in their original provinces, but even in the capital, Rome, and the entire Roman Empire. They were able to compete with the best that Rome had of poets, writers, grammarians, rhetoric and prose, and they achieved wide fame for themselves and their country. Names such as Apuleius al-Maduri, Apollinarius of Carthaginian and his student Aulus Gelus, Macrobius, Martianus Capella, Victorinus, Aurelius Victor, Nemecianus of Carthaginian, Nonius of Altobursiki, Trentius the More and others who left their mark in Latin literature are only evidence of that. The grammarian Fronto Alkerti (Constantine) is one of those great writers whose fame spread across the horizons despite his few books, due to the high position he held among the Roman emperors, especially the educated emperor Marcus Aurelius 138/161, with whom he had a solid friendship relationship that lasted until his last days.
