الملخص
الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على مدى تأثير الرقابة المالية في تقييم أداء المؤسسة الاقتصادية، وذلك من خلال التعرف على مفهوم الرقابة المالية في المؤسسة الاقتصادية وكل ما يتعلق بها، وأيضا معرفة الأداء في المؤسسة وكيف تتم عملية تقييمه. وبغية الإلمام بهذا الموضوع وكإجابة على الإشكالية الرئيسية "ما مدى تأثير الرقابة المالية في تقييم أداء المؤسسة الاقتصادية،" تم إسقاط هذه الدراسة على مؤسسة "سونلغاز" خلال الفترة (2021-2016)، وذلك بالاعتماد على القوائم المالية المتمثلة في الميزانيات وجدول حسابات النتائج، ليتم اختبار مدى تأثير الرقابة المالية في تقييم أداء المؤسسة وذلك من خلال حساب أهم المؤشرات المساعدة في تشخيص الوضعية المالية لمؤسسة "سونلغاز" وتقييم أدائها، وبعد إجراء هذه الدراسة توصلنا إلى أن غرض المؤسسة من حساب النسب والمؤشرات هو إعطاء تفسير لنتائج السياسات المتخذة من طرف المؤسسة ومن ثم مقارنتها مع النتائج السابقة، فالمؤسسة تنوع في هيكلها التمويلي من أموال خاصة واستدانة من أجل تعظيم قيمة السوقية للمؤسسة. الكلمات المفتاحية: الرقابة المالية، تقييم الأداء، الأداء المالي، رقابة الأداء. تصنيف JEL:D78 ;G32 H74 ; Abstract : This study aims to shed light on the role of financial control in evaluating the performance of the economic seasonality,by getting acquainted with the concept of financial concrol in the economic institution and everything related to it, as well as knowledge of the institution’s performance and how it is evaluated. In order to be familiar with this topic and as an answer to the main problem is what is the impact of financial control in evaluating the performance of the economic institution, this study was dropped on sonelgaz corporation during the period (2014-2019) depending on the financial statements represented in budgets and traing accounts of results, so that the extent of the influence of financial control in evaluating the performance of the institution is tested and that is by calculating the most important indicators that help in diagnosing that financial position of sonelgaz corporation and evaluating its performance,and after conducting this study we concluded that the purpose of the institution is to calculate the ratins and indicators and to give an explanation of the resulte of the policies taken by the institution and then comare tham with the previous results, the corporation has diversified in its financing form of private funds and borrowings in order to maximize the market value of the institution.
