إمكانية اعتماد نموذج " P.sing" للمنظمة المتعلمة من خلال مدخل التمكين: دراسة ميدانية لمؤسسة "cosider Alrem" بالمسيلة

ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التحقق من مدى تأثير استراتيجية التمكين في اعتماد نموذج سينغ للمنظمة المتعلمة، أجريت الدراسة الميدانية في مؤسسة "COSIDER Alrem" بالمسيلة. وللإجابة على التساؤلات واختبار فرضيات الدراسة تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. تكونت عينة الدراسة من 87 عاملا بالمؤسسة، وخلصت إلى وجود أثر إيجابي ذو دلالة إحصائية بين أبعاد التمكين ونموذج "Peter. Senge" للمنظمة المتعلمة عند مستوى دلالة 0.05. الكلمات المفتاحية: التمكين، المنظمة المتعلمة. تصنيفM12، I29 :JEL Abstract: This study aims to investigate the impact of the empowerment strategy in adopting the Singh model of the learning organization. Therefore, the field study was conducted at the COSIDER Alrem enterprise in M’sila. in addition to, in order to answer the questions and test the hypotheses of the study, we relied on the analytical descriptive approach. The study sample consisted of 87 workers in the enterprise, Finally, the study concluded that there was a statistically significant positive effect between the empowerment entrance and the Peter Sing model of the learning organization at the level of significance of 0.05.
