الملخص
تعرف الصحافة المكتوبة مشاكل كبيرة تهدد مستقبلها، واستمراريتها بفعل المتاعب المالية الناتجة عن الأزمات الاقتصادية، والصحية (كورونا 2019) وزحف التكنولوجيات الحديثة التي أفرزت الهواتف الذكية ،والذكاء الاصطناعي التي عجلت بغلق الكثير من المؤسسات الإعلامية المكتوبة، الأمر الذي دفع بالكثير لإعلان ناقوس الخطر والتنبيه بضرورة اتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة للحفاظ على هذا الموروث لما له من دور في تعزيز حرية التعبير، وتنوير وتحسيس الرأي العام ومساعدتهم على بناء الرأي، والدفاع عن المصالح العليا للوطن والأمن القومي. The written press knows major problems that threaten its future and persistence due to the economic and financial problems resulting from the economic crises and health crises –corona virus 19-and the encroachment of modern technologies that dispersed smart phones and artificial intelligence that precipitated the closure of many written media institutions. This has prompted much to verify the alarm and alert the need to take the necessary measures to preserve this legacy because it plays a role in promoting freedom of expression and enlightening and sensitizing public opinion. defending the supreme interests of nation and national security.
