الملخص

يعتبر اضطراب فرط الحركة وتشتت الانتباه من اضطرابات النمو العصبية التي تنبئ عن خلل في النمو العصبي وتظهر أعراضه في انعدام التركيز، والحركة المفرطة والاندفاعية غير المبررة، أو مزيج منهما، وهو بهذا يشكل خطرا كبيرا على الاطفال ونموهم وتطور قدراتهم ومهاراتهم لما له من تأثير سلبي على سلوكياتهم، سواء في البيت او المدرسة، ولذلك وجب التكفل بالاطفال المصابين به من بدءا من الكشف والتشخيص، فتقديم التدخلات العلاجية التي اثبتت فعاليتها مع هؤلاء الاطفال، فليست كل التدخلات العلاجية التي اشار اليها الباحثين والمتخصصين هي فعالة و علمية، فالعلمية فقط ما يرتكز على الدليل العلمي، وهو ما يسمى بالممارسات المستندة على الادلة ومن هذه المعطيات هدفت هذه المراجعة المنهجية لأهم البحوث والدراسات التي تناولت هذا الموضوع ADHD والممارسات المبنية على الادلة، الى محاولة تقديم اطار نظري جامع لأهم الحقائق والمعارف التي تثبت أهمية ودور الممارسات القائمة على الادلة والبراهين في التكفل بالمصاب باضطراب فرط الحركة وتشتت الانتباه تشخيصا وعلاجا بالاعتماد على مراجعة منهجية للأدب النظري المتعلق بهذا الموضوع، وعرض اهم الدراسات السابقة المرتبطة بهذا الاضطراب وأهم الاستراتيجيات العلاجية المستندة الى الدليل العلمي وابراز اهميتها Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is a neurodevelopmental disorder, that predicts a defect in neurodevelopment, and its symptoms appear in lack of focus, excessive movement and unjustified impulsivity, or a combination of them, and this poses a great danger to children, their growth and the development of their abilities and skills, because of its negative impact on children. Their behaviors, at home or school, and therefore it is necessary to take care of children affected by it, starting from detection and diagnosis, providing therapeutic interventions that have proven effective with these children, not all therapeutic interventions referred to by researchers and specialists are effective and scientific, scientific only what is based on evidence Scientific, which is called evidence-based practices From these data, this analytical review of the most important research and studies that linked with this issue of ADHD and evidence-based practices aimed to try to provide a comprehensive theoretical framework for the most important facts and knowledge that prove the importance and role of evidence-based practices in the care of the person with ADHD diagnosis and treatment, relying on An analytical review of the theoretical literature on this subject, and presentation of the most important previous studies related to this disorder and the most important treatment strategies based on scientific evidence.
