الإدارة بالتجوال لدى مشرفات فروع جامعة حائل وعلاقتها ببعض المتغيرات من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس وانعكاسها على تطوير العمل الإداري

الملخص: هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة ممارسة الإدارة بالتجوال لدى مشرفات فروع جامعة حائل وعلاقتها ببعض المتغيرات التخصص والفرع والتفاعل بينهما من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس وانعكاسها على تطوير العمل الإداري، أعدت استبانة اشتملت على (17) فقرة موزعة على مجالين. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود فروق تعزى لأثر التخصص لصالح التخصصات الأخرى، ووجود فروق تعزى لأثر الفرع لصالح فرع الشملي، وعدم وجود فروق لأثر التفاعل بين التخصص والفرع. أما انعكاس ممارسة الإدارة بالتجوال على تطوير العمل الإداري جاءت الفقرة التخطيط المُسبق للعمل ومتابعته بالمرتبة الأولى. وأوصت الباحثة الاهتمام بالعمل على تنمية مجالات الإدارة بالتجوال، وتفعيل مجالي التطوير والإبداع والرقابة من خلال تصميم دورات تدريبية لدى الإداريين في الجامعة.

قيم الوسطية والاعتدال في الميزان: مراجعة منهجية لقياس جودة البحوث العربية المنشورة ضمن ثلاث بوابات رقمية خلال عقدين من الزمان

الملخص: الملخص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى قياس جودة بحوث قيم الوسطية والاعتدال في إطار مراجعة منهجية لبعض أوعية النشر العربية المتخصصة والمدرجة ضمن ثلاث بوابات وطنية عربية هي (بوابة الدوريات المصرية، ومنصة المجلات العلمية الجزائرية، والمكتبة الرقمية السعودية). وباستخدام المنهج الوصفي الببليومتري لتحليل محتوى (142) بحث ودراسة ومقالة علمية تناولت قيم الوسطية والاعتدال، منشورة ضمن (20) مجلة ودورية علمية محكمة في ميدان العلوم النفسية والتربوية والشرعية خلال عقدين من الزمان وتحديدًا في الفترة من (2004 – 2024م)، وبالاعتماد على مقياس تقويم بحث (مقال) منشور أو مقدم للنشر بمجلة مهنية لخطاب (2008). أشارت النتائج إلى أن (18) مؤشرًا قد تحقق بدرجة كبيرة، و(62) مؤشرًا تحقق بدرجة متوسطة، في حين لم يحقق أي مؤشر درجة صغيرة، وانتهت الدراسة بعدد من التوصيات تهدف إلى الارتقاء بجودة الأداء البحثي والإنتاج العلمي العربي في ميدان الوسطية والاعتدال. الكلمات المفتاحية: قيم الوسطية والاعتدال؛ جودة البحث العلمي؛ مراجعة منهجية؛ البوابات الوطنية للمجلات. Abstract : The current study aimed to provide a systematic review to measure the quality of research on the values of moderation and moderation published within three Arab digital portals in (Egypt, Algeria, and Saudi Arabia). By analyzing the content of (142) research, studies, and scientific articles, published in (20) scientific magazines and periodicals over twenty years, and by applying a scale for evaluating research (article) published or submitted for publication in a professional journal by Khattab (2008). The results indicated that (18) indicators were achieved to a large degree, (62) indicators were achieved to a moderate degree, while no indicator achieved a small degree. Learned Helplessness in a Capitalist Context: Impact on Mental Health and Resilience Strategies

Résumé: This theoretical study examines the intricate relationship between capitalism and learned helplessness, highlighting its impact on mental health and the role of resilience as a counteracting force. Capitalism, characterized by economic competition and social fragmentation, often leads to conditions that foster learned helplessness—a psychological state where individuals feel powerless to change their circumstances. This phenomenon, first conceptualized by Seligman, is exacerbated by economic precarity, intense performance pressures, and social isolation, all prevalent in capitalist societies. The study explores how these factors contribute to psychological distress, including stress, anxiety, and depression, and draws parallels between the Marxist concept of alienation and learned helplessness. It also critiques the limitations of existing resilience theories when applied to structural issues inherent in capitalism. Resilience, both at the individual and community levels, is presented as a vital mechanism to combat the negative psychological effects of capitalism. The study discusses the importance of social support, community engagement, and collective efficacy in fostering resilience. However, it also acknowledges the challenges in addressing deep-seated systemic problems through individual resilience alone. Ultimately, the study calls for a more integrated approach, combining theoretical insights from psychology, sociology, and economics to better understand and address the mental health challenges posed by capitalism. It suggests that future research should focus on developing comprehensive strategies that include both individual and structural interventions to enhance psychological well-being in capitalist societies.
