الاتحاد الأوروبي أمام تصاعد اليمين المتطرف وتنامي الخطاب الشعبوي: أزمة عابرة أم بوادر تفكك

الملخص
تعالج الدرسة حالة الصعود المتنامي لقوى اليمين المتطرف في أوروبا ، الذي لم يعد ممكنا تجنب التطرق إليها، باعتبار أنه لم يعد وجود هذه القوى في المشهد السياسي هامشيا، وأضحت فاعلا سياسيا وطرفا في المعادلات السياسية، تخلصت من جميع عقد الماضي، وبات يتعاظم تأثيرها في صياغة الرأي العام الأوروبي، لاسيما ما يتعلق بالبعد الهوياتي باعتباره أحد ركائز خطابها وجوهر فلسفتها السياسية. وأمام الأزمات والتهديدات التي تواجهها أوروبا، سواء تلك الحقيقية أو المتخيلة، ازدهر الخطاب الشعبوي لليمين المتطرف ، وفي ذلك، شكل الركود العظيم الذي عرفته القارة سنة 2008، وزيادة معدلات الهجرة، وأزمة الديمقراطية الليبرالية، وتعزز المشاعر المعادية لأوروبا لدى جزء كبير من الناخبين، وتنامي الحركات الإرهابية التي وصلت عملياتها إلى العمق الأوروبي، شكل كل ذلك حافزا لليمين المتطرف وصعودا لأسهمه لدى فئة كبيرة من الناخبين، فراح يحصد الأصوات في أهم الاستحقاقات الأوروبية، وعاد للظهور مجددا بخطابه المتشكك في جدوى وجود الاتحاد الأوروبي، في ظل غياب خطاب مؤيد لأوروبا وتجنب الأحزاب الحاكمة الحديث عن القضية الأوروبية ، وتراجع أحزاب اليسار وتقارب التيارات السياسية المحافظة مع اليمين المتطرف. إن أهم ما يثير المخاوف من تنامي صعود اليمين الشعبوي لدى الأوروبيين، هو اصطدامه مع الاتحاد الأوروبي الذي يسعى إلى تكريس الوحدة الأوروبية وتحقيق هوية أوروبية مشتركة، فيما يقوم التيار اليميني المتطرف بالأساس على نفي هذا الطرح ويدافع عن الطرح السيادي والحفاظ على الخصوصية القومية للدول الأوروبية. abstract This article seeks to study the case of the growing rise of the extreme right forces in Europe, which can no longer be avoided, given that their presence in the political scene is no longer marginal, and has become a political actor and an important party in political equations. , especially with regard to the identity dimension as one of the pillars of her discourse and the core of her political philosophy. In the face of the crises and threats facing Europe, whether real or imagined, the populist rhetoric of the extreme right flourished, in the form of the great recession that the continent experienced in 2008, the increase in immigration rates, the crisis of liberal democracy, the strengthening of anti-European feelings among a large part of the electorate, and the growth of movements The terrorist operations, whose operations have reached the depth of Europe, all of this constituted an incentive for the extreme right and the rise of its shares among a large segment of the electorate, so it reaped votes in the most important European elections, and the discourse skeptical about the feasibility of the existence of the European Union re-emerged, in the absence of a pro-European discourse, and the shunning of the ruling parties Talking about the European issue, and the decline of left-wing parties and the convergence of conservative political currents with the extreme right. The most important thing that raises fears of the growing rise of the populist right among Europeans is its collision with the European Union, which seeks to consolidate European unity and achieve a common European identity, while the extreme right wing mainly denies this proposition and defends the sovereign proposition and the preservation of the national identity of European countries.
